Something not working?
Every tool page has a Report a problem link under the tool. It sends us your note together with the tool name and your browser type, which helps us find the cause faster.
If you write to us by email, tell us which tool you used, which browser and device, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send the file itself unless we ask, and never send files with personal data.
