How it works

  3. Read the resultSee the days, business days and the date in full.

Count days the right way

From Monday to Friday is 4 days, or 5 if you count both days, as hotel nights and rental periods are counted differently from holidays. The Include end date option switches between the two. The result also shows years, months and days, the number of weeks and the business days from Monday to Friday, useful for delivery times, notice periods and project plans.

Public holidays differ from country to country and are not subtracted, so check local holidays for exact working day counts.

Add and subtract

Find a due date 90 days from today, a date 6 months after a contract start, or 10 business days after an order. Adding months keeps the day of the month where possible and uses the last day of shorter months: 31 January plus one month is 28 or 29 February.
