How it works

  1. Add participants' citiesSearch each city or time zone. The first city sets the day.
  2. Pick the dateDaylight saving time is applied for that day.
  3. Choose an hourClick a column to see and copy the time for everyone.

See the overlap at a glance

Every row is a city, every column an hour of the day in the first city. Green cells are within working hours, yellow cells are early mornings and evenings that are still acceptable for many people, and gray cells are night. Columns where every city is in working hours get a green outline, so the best slots stand out immediately.

Adjust the working hours to your team, for example 8 to 17 or 10 to 19, and move any city to the top to plan from its point of view.

Send the times

Click an hour and the planner lists that moment in every city, with the weekday and date. Copy the list into an invitation or a chat message so everyone sees their own local time. Daylight saving time is calculated for the date you picked, which matters in March, April, October and November when regions switch on different dates.

Frequently asked questions

What if there is no overlap?

How many cities can I add?

As many as you like. The table scrolls sideways on small screens.
