CSV to PDF
Turn a CSV file into a PDF table you can print or share: the separator is detected automatically, the header row repeats on every page and columns are sized to their content.
Your files never leave your device. Everything runs in your browser.

How it works
Add your CSV dataOpen the file or paste its content. The first row is used as the header.
Check the pagesPick paper size and orientation, then look through the preview.

From raw export to a readable document
CSV files come out of shops, banks, analytics tools and databases, but they are hard to read as plain text and print badly. Here the values are split into columns, long text wraps inside its cell and number columns line up on the right, so an order export or a price list becomes a document you can hand to someone.
Comma, semicolon and tab separated files are recognized, and values in quotes may contain separators and line breaks. Codes with leading zeros stay exactly as they are in the file.
About CSV
CSV is plain text with one row per line and a separator between the values. Comma, semicolon and tab separated files are recognized automatically.
About PDF
PDF keeps the same layout on every screen and printer, which makes it the usual format for sending and archiving tables.
Frequently asked questions
My CSV uses semicolons. Does it work?
Yes. The separator is detected automatically, whether it is a comma, a semicolon or a tab.
Is the first row treated as column names?
Yes, by default. Turn off First row is header if your file has no header row.
Will the column names appear on every page?
Yes. With First row is header turned on, the first row is printed at the top of each page.
My table is too wide. What can I do?
Keep Fit to page width on and choose landscape or A3. Long values wrap inside their cells, and the font gets smaller only when the columns still do not fit.
Are Excel colors, formulas and merged cells kept?
No. The values are converted into a clean table. Formulas appear as their last calculated value, and cell formatting is not copied.
Can I convert a workbook with several sheets?
One sheet at a time. When a workbook has more than one sheet, a selector appears so you can choose which one to convert.
Can I select and copy the text in the PDF?
Yes. The text is written with an embedded font, so it can be selected, searched and copied.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser and the file stays on your device.
Does it work with old .xls files?
No. Open the file in Excel or another spreadsheet program, save it as .xlsx or CSV and try again.
