A table that prints on real pages
Printing straight from a spreadsheet often cuts columns off at the edge of the paper or leaves the second page without column names. This tool lays the table out page by page: it measures every column, wraps long text inside its cell instead of cutting it, and repeats the header row at the top of each page so every sheet of paper can be read on its own.
When a table has many columns, the automatic orientation switches to landscape and the fit option wraps long values and, only if needed, reduces the font size until all columns fit across the page. If you turn fitting off, columns that do not fit continue on the following pages, the same way spreadsheet programs print.
What is kept and what is not
Cell values are printed as they are stored in the file: numbers keep their digits, dates are written as year, month and day, and codes with leading zeros such as barcodes stay complete. Number columns are aligned to the right. Formatting from Excel itself, like cell colors, fonts, merged cells, currency symbols, charts and formulas, is not copied; the PDF shows a clean table with your choice of gridlines and striped rows.
The text in the PDF is real text, so it can be selected, searched and copied. Letters with accents and Greek or Cyrillic text are written with an embedded font. Scripts the font does not include, like Chinese or Arabic, are drawn as images so they still appear on the page.
Private by design
The file is read and the PDF is created in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, which matters for price lists, payroll exports and customer data.
