How it works

  1. Open the PDFDrop a PDF or choose it. The first page appears with a crop frame.
  2. Set the areaDrag the frame or its handles, type margins in millimeters, or tick the automatic option. Choose which pages it applies to.
  3. DownloadPress Crop PDF and download the new file.

A4 or Letter, without reprinting

Documents made in the United States usually use Letter, almost everywhere else uses A4. When a portal or a printer expects one of them, mixed sizes cause cut edges or odd margins. This page turns all pages into the size you choose in one step.

Scale to fit keeps the proportions and makes the content as large as possible on the new page. Keep size leaves the content at its real size and centers it, useful when the exact print size matters. A preview shows the result for the current page before you save.

Frequently asked questions

Will text become blurry?

No. The pages are not turned into images; the content is only scaled, so text stays sharp and selectable.

What does orientation Auto do?

Landscape pages get a landscape page of the new size and portrait pages a portrait one.

Is the cropped part deleted from the file?

No. Cropping hides it, like most PDF tools do. The content is still in the file. If you need to remove sensitive content, use Redact PDF.

Can I crop only some pages?

Yes. Choose all pages, odd pages, even pages or only the page you are looking at.

How does the automatic option work?

Each page is drawn small and the tool looks for the area that is not white, then adds the margin you choose. It works page by page, so different layouts are handled.

Does cropping reduce quality?

No. The pages are not converted to images. Text and graphics stay exactly as they were.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser and the PDF never leaves your device.
