From paper to a clean signature image
A signature drawn with a mouse rarely looks like your real one. A better way is to sign on paper with a pen, take a photo with your phone and turn it into a transparent image. You can then place it on contracts, forms, invoices, letters and email signatures.
The tool compares every pixel with the brightness around it instead of using one fixed limit. That is why a photo with a shadow across the page, a yellowish lamp or a darker corner still gives clean ink and an empty background.
Ink color, specks and straightening
Black and Blue recolor the whole signature evenly, which looks crisp on documents. Original keeps the color of your pen, including small variations in the ink.
Sensitivity decides how faint a line can be and still count as ink: raise it for a thin pencil or a light ballpoint, lower it if paper texture appears. Remove specks drops small dots of dust or noise, and Ignore dark areas at the edges removes the table or paper border when they are in the picture. Straighten finds the angle of the writing and levels a signature photographed at a slight tilt.
Use it in a PDF
Next step sends the signature to Sign PDF, where it is placed on the page as soon as you open your document, or to Edit PDF for forms and other edits. The PNG stays only in your browser during the handoff.
A signature image is a picture of your handwriting, not a certified digital signature. It is accepted for many everyday documents; for legal processes that require a qualified electronic signature, use the service your institution names.
