Merge CSV files into one
Combine several CSV files into one file, with columns matched by their header names even when the order differs. Add a column with the file name, remove duplicate rows and save the result as CSV or Excel.
Your files never leave your device. Everything runs in your browser.

How it works
Add your filesDrop CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files on the page or choose them. For merging, add every file you want to combine.
Choose howTo split, pick rows per file, number of files or a column. To merge, choose whether columns match by name or by position.
DownloadDownload each part, all parts as a ZIP, or the merged file. Nothing leaves your device.
Monthly exports into one table
Shops, banks and marketplaces often export one file per month or per store. Add all of them, put them in the order you want by dragging, and press Merge files. The header is written once at the top and the rows of every file follow in that order.
If one export has an extra column or the columns are in a different order, matching by name still puts each value under the right header. Files with different separators can be mixed, for example a comma separated file with a semicolon separated one.
Clean result
Turn on Remove duplicate rows when exports overlap, for example when a date range was downloaded twice. Rows count as duplicates only when every value is the same. Add a column with the file name keeps track of where each row came from, which helps when you later filter the combined table.
About CSV
CSV is plain text with one row per line and a separator such as a comma or semicolon between values. It is the standard format for imports and exports in online stores, marketplaces, email tools and accounting software.
Frequently asked questions
Do all files need the same columns?
No. Matching by name keeps every column that appears in any file and leaves cells empty where a file has no value for it.
In which order are the files merged?
In the order of the list. Drag the files or use the arrows to change it, or sort them by name.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Splitting and merging happen in your browser. Your files are not sent to any server, which matters for customer and order data.
How large can the file be?
CSV files are read in pieces, so files of 100 MB and more work on a normal computer. Excel files are read whole, so very large workbooks need more memory; saving them as CSV first is faster.
Does every part keep the header row?
Yes. With First row is header turned on, the header is written at the top of every part. Turn it off if your file has no header.
Will leading zeros and barcodes be lost?
No. Values are copied exactly as they are in the file. When you save as Excel, columns with leading zeros and long numbers stay text so no digits disappear.
What happens when merged files have different columns?
With matching by name, every column from every file is kept. Rows from a file that lacks a column get an empty cell there. Choose By position if your files have no headers or different header names for the same data.
Can I merge sheets of one Excel workbook?
Yes. Add the workbook and keep Use every sheet of Excel files turned on. Each sheet is treated like a separate file and all rows end up in one table.
Is there a row limit?
CSV has no limit. An Excel sheet holds at most 1,048,576 rows, so save very large results as CSV or split them into several Excel files.
