Capitalize titles and headings the right way: important words start with a capital letter, while short words like and, of, the and in stay lowercase.

How it works
Paste your textType or paste text, or open a text file. The result updates as you type.
Check the languageThe language follows the page, and you can switch it to match your text.
Copy the resultCopy it with one click or download it as a text file.
Titles that look professional
Blog posts, product names, book titles and headings look tidier in Title Case. The first and last word are always capitalized, and each line is treated as its own title, so you can convert a whole list of headings at once.
Each language has its own list: Spanish keeps de, la and y lowercase, French keeps de, le and et, German keeps der, und and mit. Letters after an apostrophe stay small, as in Don't Stop.
Example
the art of war and the history of rome becomes The Art of War and the History of Rome.

Frequently asked questions
Which style guide is used?
A simple rule shared by most guides: capitalize everything except short articles, conjunctions and prepositions in the middle of a title.
Is my text uploaded?
No. Conversion happens in your browser and nothing is sent to our servers.
Why does the language setting change some letters?
Most letters convert the same way everywhere, but a few do not. If your text contains the Turkish letters İ or ı and another language is selected, the tool tells you, because those letters would change.
Are names and abbreviations kept?
Sentence case and Title Case lowercase other letters, so abbreviations like NASA become Nasa. Fix those by hand after converting, or use Capitalize Each Word for lists of names.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After you open the page once, it keeps working without an internet connection.
