A general square for any shop
Not every shop has a published image size. Your own web shop, WooCommerce, local marketplaces, printed catalogs, chat catalogs and social posts all work well with a square product photo on white. At 1200 × 1200 pixels the image is sharp on phones and laptops and still small enough to load fast.
Unlike a plain background remover, this tool also crops and resizes. Every product ends up on the same canvas with the same margin, which is what makes a product list look tidy.
Very tall, very wide and very small products
The longest side of the product sets its size, so a tall bottle reaches the top and bottom while a flat tray reaches the sides. If your range mixes both, keep the same fill for all of them anyway; shoppers read the white space as consistency, not as a mistake.
Small products photographed from far away have to be enlarged and can look soft, and the row warns you when that happens. Move the camera closer instead of zooming digitally. If a platform needs a bigger file, choose its preset from the Platform list.

Amazon 2000 × 2000, Shopify 2048 × 2048, Etsy 2700 × 2025 (4:3), eBay 1600 × 1600 and a general 1200 × 1200 square. You can change how much of the frame the product fills from 50 to 95 percent.
Why does my product look soft?
The photo was smaller than the canvas and had to be enlarged. The row warns you when this happens. Shoot closer or at a higher resolution and try again.
Can I keep a shadow under the product?
No. The tool keeps only the product on a plain white background, which is what most marketplaces ask for on the main image.
